我在超商買到詐騙包裹已經辦理退貨,新竹物流始終不來收貨,我打第一通電話問我編號,我說等等我滑手機看照片跟你說,回我:你找到再打過來,我在打第二次,不小心報到超商不對的號碼就回我:我們就只能查10碼,你報七碼我是要怎麼查,我回:不好意思上面好多號碼,我亂掉了,還是我可以載包裹過去給你們看看,他回(嘆氣聲)隨便你,但是不是我們公司的貨你就要載回去,就掛了……之後我在打第三通電話,就完全不接了……人家就是有事情才打電話問,脾氣這麼差,就不要當客服,我打新竹物流總機人家客服態度100分,你們咧!0分

陳姓司機送貨只會傳訊息不會打電話,不會約時間或送貨時打電話確認人是否不在。就算是有管理員可簽收大樓一樣可以當作不在,發個簡訊就算交差了事,一件貨當作3次送。

真的遇到過最爛的公司,通知過去去貨還問說有跟司機說嗎?不然你覺得我們可能過去拿嗎?找都不找就說司機帶走,愰了20分鐘才要找?後面還找到哪請問你前面是問什麼意思的?你家司機不會跟你確認東西還是?現在公司素質都這麼差嗎?不想找不想做可以離開,這公司素質這樣請人的員工也是這樣看不到網路負評嗎?還是不知道改善,要不要關起來就好了,問問你家小姐什麼態度在問問你這公司代理怎做的?不要讓太晚企業素質越來越低了好嗎

等包裹等了第三天了,想說司機大哥很忙所以打給客服,回說宅配不能自己取貨,所以只好每天看動態早上8-9點貨物已配送,晚上6點回倉庫保管中,明明只有不到五分鐘的車程怎麼等個包裹可以等的那麼辛苦???

有一次要等收貨的時候,從早上就開始等,等到下午還是沒收到,上網查發現竟然顯示說我不在家所以沒成功送件?? 打給公司反映,我話都還沒講完就被掛電話,我立刻再打一次才跟我說司機打錯電話了半小時後會再重新送件。又等了快一小時司機才把貨物送到。 後來還有一次,一樣是要收貨,明明有指定星期六才要收貨,結果星期二就送來了? 然後我不在只能由家中長輩代收,那名送貨司機竟然說他沒筆了跟我家長輩要筆?我家長輩要送他筆他還嫌筆太爛要好一點的??事後那長輩被我念了一頓,我也立刻打電話叫那司機把筆送回來,口氣還很差敷衍我說好結果也沒送回,後來再打第二次叫他送回一樣也沒有送回。算了反正只是一隻筆我也不想一直催了,就當做善事送人吧! 經過之前的經驗我以後是不會再選新竹物流收送貨了,這間公司不管是送貨的司機還是公司客服的態度給我感覺都非常差勁!

Horrible service and experience. Definitely minus marks if I could give. Customer service's attitude is terrible, telling lies on the delivery process. Waste my time and money. The worst courier company i have experienced in my whole life.
