?這是目前我在台北吃過最好吃的小籠湯包,老闆現點現做,湯包裡面滿滿都是湯汁很讚。還有隱藏版的滷味,滷汁太香啦! 最後謝謝老闆,還送小點心給我們,我們會常來光顧的?

最最最最愛的小籠包店~~以前老闆在饒河夜市的時候,是每天下班必吃的宵夜♥皮薄又Juice真的超級好吃, 還有芋泥豆沙甜口味的小籠包超讚的??

現點現包;所以趕時間急著吃的人,要三思一下,約莫最少要等10分鐘,店面的招牌不是很明顯,所以要注意一下,湯包的品項不少,建議您由最清淡的“絲瓜湯包”/“原味湯包”/“蟹黃湯包”/“蝦仁燒賣”~由淡而重,方可品嚐出其中不一樣的滋味,另外老闆的酸辣湯也是一絕,其中所有的配料,都讓你~每喝一口都保証有料,口味上也是真的堅持傳統酸辣湯的味道,辣椒也是店家自己製做的,喜歡吃辣的可以吃看看,我是覺得不錯吃啦! 1.絲瓜湯包~就是要品嚐其中絲瓜的甜味,雖較清淡,但搭配肉餡的維度鹹鮮,更能嘗出絲瓜的香甜,湯汁也較為清甜。 2.小籠湯包~鹹淡適中的鹹度,更能嚐出肉汁的新鮮度與鮮甜。 3.蟹黃湯包~其實知道的人都知道,真的“蟹黃湯包”做法極其繁鎖,所以那只是個名稱,但是老闆運用了金莎與干蝦的比例,調出了不腥卻又帶有蟹黃香的味道,讓本人實在佩服,那味道真的就猶如蟹黃一般,雖然價格偏高,但是我個人覺得,其製做成本本來就高了,所運用的食材費用,本來就比較高了,若是真的喜歡吃“蟹黃湯包”的朋友們,一定要點一籠,你會覺得真的是蟹黃的味道。 4.蝦仁燒賣~皮薄、肉餡紮實、蝦仁清脆,但可能本人不太愛“黑胡椒”,畢竟是味道較重,雖然燒賣調味與口感都不錯,味道也很鮮甜,但就是~黑胡椒味道太重,有些蓋過肉餡與蝦仁的味道,不然整體上,肉餡紮實、蝦人脆口、外皮薄透,也沒什麼可以挑剔的了,就用太多黑胡椒,雖黑胡椒比較香,但還是比較適合重口味的肉類,海鮮較為清淡鮮甜,本人還是較趨向白胡椒,除非海鮮搭配的醬料中,口味比較重的沾醬,才會撒點黑胡椒。 不過這間店的東西真的可以,喜歡吃湯包的朋友可以來嚐嚐看,應該是不會讓你失望的!
