 The doctors and nurses are really good. I have fainted after taking the vaccine. The doctor carefully measured my blood pressure and blood oxygen repeatedly. I was afraid that I would be dizzy and even gave me a packet of biscuits to eat. My family is very grateful to the doctor, and the evaluation will be done later. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來打BNT，從預約開始到當天施打，整個過程醫生和護理師都非常有耐心的說明。當天施打人數很多，但診所規劃的很好，整個過程清楚且快速。護理師打疫苗時也非常溫柔，謝謝你們。
Come to play BNT, from the appointment to the day, the doctor and nurse explained the whole process very patiently. The number of hits on the day was high, but the clinic was well planned and the process was clear and fast. The nurse is also very gentle when vaccinating, thank you.

BNT vaccine, friendly service, but the catch is that it takes the shots downstairs. Fortunately, the National Sports Center blocks the sun. It is quite comfortable under the breeze. On holidays, there are consultation hours that are very suitable for patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打電話預約打疫苗告知指定日期的下午4點的時間來，到了現場變成要等門診掛號一起排隊，結果，我在貴診所4點睡到6點才輪到我打！那為什麼還要人打電話預約？制度很有問題，有點變相不鼓勵打疫苗的感受，如果我後面的時間有事情不得不離開，疫苗是不是就因此有被浪費的風險？
其實輪到我的時候醫師問一些問題後，也是到另一個診間讓護理師打疫苗，那為什麼不適當的調整看診順序，讓預約疫苗的不用等那麼久？讓負責施打的護理師調節一下就好了啊，因為我不是現場才掛號要打，是預約的呀.. 每個都這樣的話誰要“預約”這裡打，前面在其他診所打的都沒有那麼慘。
又或如果覺得看診比較重要，是否乾脆考慮不接接種站？或是電話理應告知一律現場等候，沒有預約制度讓人誤會，感受非常差。
若診所願意回覆改善，方回收此1星。
I called to make an appointment for vaccination and told me to come at 4 pm on the designated date. When I arrived at the scene, I had to wait for the outpatient registration to queue together. As a result, I slept at your clinic from 4 o'clock to 6 o'clock before it was my turn to call! Then why are people calling to make an appointment? The system is very problematic, and it is a bit disguised that it does not encourage vaccination. If I have to leave later, is there a risk that the vaccine will be wasted?
In fact, when it was my turn, after the doctor asked some questions, he also went to another clinic to ask the nurse to vaccinate, so why not adjust the order of visits properly so that those who made an appointment for the vaccine don't have to wait so long? Just let the nurse in charge of the beating adjust it, because I did not register for the call at the scene, but made an appointment. If everyone is like this, who should "make an appointment" for the call here, and none of the calls made in other clinics before. So miserable.
Or if you think it is more important to see a doctor, do you simply consider not going to the vaccination station? Or the phone should be told to wait on the spot. There is no reservation system, which makes people misunderstood and feels very bad.
If the clinic is willing to reply to improve, only this 1 star will be recovered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Dr. Chen, who is board-certified allergy/immunology, asthma, infectious diseases and pediatrics physician. Since he is quadruple board certified doctor, he is so professional and knowledgeable, he always easily diagnoses my kid's symptoms and gives us the best suggestions. He can answer tons of my questions and provide the latest medical info. Besides, Dr. Chen is extremely attentive, caring, and patient. He takes time to listen my concern & questions and discuss with me the treatment and medicine. Best doctor ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter has minor skin issue for more than 2 years. This eczema is not serious but never heals and starts to spread and gets worse. Dr. Chen carefully examine her arms, her ankles, area around her eyes, and also inside her nostrils. He patiently explains typical allergy symptoms to us including the fine dark lines on her nose (I guess you can see those lines only with experienced eyes because I can’t tell the difference) and the whitish hairless area at the far side of her nostrils. He also explained different types of allergy tests (skin, blood, and inhaled allergy test) and helped us decide which one is most suitable. He takes time to answer my endless questions including principles behind those tests with great enthusiasm. The entire process is clear and efficient, and Dr. Chen is detailed and knowledgeable.
We got a call from Dr. Chen on our way to the airport, he not only explains verbally in the phone but also emailed the report to us immediately. My daughter had been taking prescribed medicine and cream for only 5 days, and her symptoms are 80% gone!!!
Dr. Chen also noticed a different type of skin issue on my daughter’s cheek, it’s called Spider Naevi, and he gave us treatment options as well. Dr. Chen not only has deep medical knowledge but also has this fun personality that makes everyone laugh and relax. We highly recommend Dr. Chen, and actually “enjoyed” our trip to his Love Kids Clinics. Thank you!!!
