They ordered the signature beef pho ( $90) and Vietnamese lettuce spring rolls ($90). My favorite is the beef soup dripped with lemon juice. The soup of this bowl of pho is delicious and has a lot of ingredients. There are a lot of nine-layer pagodas and bean sprouts. The beef is not too good. Raw, this restaurant also has my favorite hoisin sauce (black) and sweet chili sauce (red) with Vietnamese pho. Without these two sauces, it will not taste enough. For me who have eaten many PHOs, I think I can give it 85 points. In addition, the lettuce spring rolls that I must order every time. The spring rolls in this restaurant are very solid. There are three rolls. Each roll contains a slice of pork, lettuce, rice noodles, fresh shrimp, and the sweet and sour sauce. It is super appetizing. The skin is slightly harder. It was expected that a roll would be cut in half and it would be better for the entrance. In terms of price, the CP value is good, and there is a chance to eat other flavors. The spoon is only made of plastic, so it is better to bring your own environmentally friendly tableware. I don't understand why these three items are $320 at checkout? According to the amount on the menu, shouldn't it be $300? !
