★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古早味，頭一次吃到爆皮加在麵裡的，湯頭有肉燥香氣，紅糟肉飯價格比較不親民一些，肉只有4～5塊。推薦湯麵，價格實惠。

爆皮(台語:繃ㄅㄥˇ陪)是特色~~!湯麵都有附約4塊爆皮，爆皮是豬皮清潔完畢後，曬乾，再拿去油炸，吃起來口感很像竹笙，脆脆的，很好吃!
小菜有地瓜葉，油豆腐，豬頭皮，還有紅燒肉飯都很厚呷!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 切仔麵普通，湯頭味道不算好喝，說不上來的口味，無法很順的入口，爆皮是滿好吃的，皮蛋豆腐普通，豆乾跟小魚乾滿夠味，而且有點辣不敢吃辣的人要斟酌，骨仔肉肉質軟嫩，魯蛋也普通，紅槽肉滿好吃的，建議必點，意麵好吃很Q不會過爛，滷肉飯還好不死鹹但覺得味道可以再重一點，貢丸湯普通貢丸有嚼勁不會爛爛的湯頭一般般，麻醬麵還好不到驚艷，整體還行不會到雷

看到老闆切別人的紅糟肉飯
心血來潮的就想吃看看
主餐是一份紅糟肉飯跟乾板條 還有貢丸湯
小菜就是雞捲，紅糟肉，豆干
（對，就是要吃紅糟肉double）
紅糟肉飯是滷肉飯
而且滷肉是半肥半瘦的，不是全肥或全瘦（廢話）
乾板條麵蠻Q ，麵上竟然有爆皮 很特別
貢丸湯的話也很不錯
不過怕油的人估計不會喜歡這貢丸湯
總而言之呢，cp很高的小吃店
真的每樣菜都讓我想試點來吃
老闆叫我要細水長流?
晚上購買的人也滿多的，要稍微等一下
p.s 老闆說他們家骨仔肉是限量商品
常常約6.7點多就會銷售一空
