買了LG洗脫烘洗衣機，洗了之後本身衣服上的味道還在，毛巾洗完後有臭味，打去LG客服反應 LG客服叫我照他的方法下去試洗洗看，我試了還是一樣有味道 我也試了其它的方法 還是一樣都有味道
問LG客服可不可以換直立式的？LG客服說要我跟專售店協調，專售店在跟LG的業務協調。
專售店完全不願意換。打電話給他講到後面直接掛我電話。服務有夠差的。
有用過的不願意換我可以接受 可是沒用過的也不給換，這我沒辦法接受。
