約好要做清潔，過了約定時間還沒到，打去問對方說師傅已經出發、會幫我問一下大概什麼時候會到，接著就再也沒有接過電話了！
我們是要清前租屋處的沙發，連房東都到了，在原地等了兩個小時，電話打了快二十通怎麼打都不接，會不會太過分了？
要放鳥至少也說一聲我們可以提早離開不需要空等，後來也都無聲無息沒再接過店家的電話，做生意不是這樣的吧？

If you want to release the bird, at least you can say that we can leave early without waiting, and later we have n’t received any calls from the store silently.

Their malpractice is severely impacting the work ethics of the cleaners in our office and indirectly damaging our work efficiency and mental wellbeing. Cannot recommend their service until this is resolved.

Allowing cleaners to work unpaid for more than a week and causing degradation in service quality is a very serious problem, and I hope to resolve it as soon as possible.
