但是裡面跟診小姐的態度也太差了吧？！
第一次喊名字的時候已經到診間門口，因為沒人搭理所以到櫃檯詢問，正在詢問時聽到喊第二次名字就趕快到診間門口，但是不到兩秒就喊下一位患者。
過去診間詢問時態度很差的說喊過很多次是我自己過號，請問是哪裡有問題？？？態度是在差什麼？？？
剛剛到診間沒人理會以為是聽錯了變成我自己過號？
這是什麼處理態度？不能好好說話嗎？
請貴診所評估小姐適任性好嗎！非常糟糕??爛透了醫療業不是服務業，但是做人最基本的尊重跟禮貌都沒有這就不應該了吧！

Would you please evaluate the lady's competence? Very bad ?? It sucks. The medical industry is not a service industry, but the most basic respect and courtesy of being a person is not there. This shouldn’t be it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天下午小朋友的眼睛被球砸到，刺痛到張不開，我緊張地背到附近的蘇眼科診所，我麻煩請醫生先看一下嚴不嚴重，嚴重的話，我再帶他去大醫院，小姐說不行，要我們等，小姐又說沒帶健保卡的話不能押現金，要我們先回家拿健保卡，但願她和她的家人不會跟我們遇到同樣的事和同樣的人；後來，只能再帶到附近的潘眼科診所，這邊的小姐馬上幫我們安排醫生看一下狀況，也可以先讓我們押現金，我由衷感謝潘眼科診所的妥善處理。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下午的莊醫師態度很不好，一開始也不會主動量眼壓，但去別家看都會，且知道自己本來在別家量有眼壓高的問題，後來是我要求才量，但在眼壓值高範圍的下限，所以醫生一直對我說我沒有眼壓高，並且態度很不好，跟他講症狀也聽不清楚，還要護士翻譯………，總之是看過眼科最爛的，聽說其他醫生不錯，但下午的真的可以不用去，醫生沒戴手套或用棉花棒看眼皮針眼，很沒衛生
