★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 趁活動大披薩229來光臨,點了黃金海鮮並加了巧達滋心餅皮,披薩來說這價格沒什麼好挑剔,起司給的很足,整體的餅皮是軟的,這點看個人喜好,但料來說我覺得算是偏少(相對於必勝客),但起司的確給很多,吃了很有罪惡感。
這次到現場,取餐號碼不會正常顯示在螢幕上,導致客人只能去排隊詢問,這點其實花服務人員很多不必要的時間(找桌上如果沒有,就還要問裡面裝盒,裝盒的人還要給個時間),問完客人就要去外面自己抓時間,建議做活動前一天,可以檢查系統有沒有問題。
雖然網路訂餐很多都是用信用卡,但在看服務生結需要拿現金處理的訂單時,是拿零錢包出來,而不是像收銀機一樣,可能貴公司有不同思考的角度,但這種流程在我看來,對客人與服務生來說,實在說不上是順暢。
服務人員表現的非常好,在那麼多人的狀況,也依序把訂單與客人數量消耗掉,看了覺得非常辛苦,感謝蘆洲店的服務人員。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3個799買啊,比預定時間早到,不過外送好像是早,“熊貓”外送,保全已經通知披薩到了,5樓才下樓,外送員趕命似的,人不見了,披薩丟給保全(是要給保全吃嗎?),中間起司包括外觀已經不成圓形,看起來在機車上愰的很嚴重,網訂備註多點胡椒及辣椒包,辣椒給了,胡椒沒給,如果外送服務沒那麼好,那我自己取就好,尤其愰的那麼嚴重,官網有些可用“好食卷”但就是看不到這麼付,非常失敗,比其他品牌友店差太多了
