★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「藝匠」第一次來到的店家，看著老闆專心認真的烘豆（真的是很難得，能夠親自看到過程），點了一杯拿鐵，店內的裝潢真的讓我這個設計人感觸良多，不知不覺得，和老闆，聊上一會。
口中的拿鐵，擁有一股溫順感，杯中散發著微微咖啡豆香，喝起來卻不苦澀，果真和老闆口中所說的一樣，「單品豆」它的質感會比一般的綜合豆要來的好，真的就是所謂的開了自己的眼界與口感。
「藝匠」這個名稱對我來說，他不僅僅是一家店，更像是一個『執著於咖啡藝術的工匠』，工匠不是貶低，而是賦予一種讓我看到的職人態度，如果你也喜歡咖啡，喜歡悠閒的環境，建議你來看看，會讓你有不同的感覺。
"Artisan" came to the store for the first time, watching the boss baking beans intently (really rare, I can see the process in person), ordered a cup of latte, the decoration of the store really gave me this design People have a lot of feelings, I don't know if they think it or not, and chat with the boss for a while.
The latte in the mouth has a mellow feeling. The cup exudes a slight aroma of coffee beans, but it does not taste bitter. As the boss said, the texture of the "single bean" will be better than that of ordinary synthetic beans. It's a good one, it really opened my own vision and taste.
The name "Artisan" to me is not just a shop, but more like a "craftsman who is obsessed with coffee art". The artisan is not to belittle, but to give me a craftsmanship that I can see. If you also I like coffee and a laid-back environment. I suggest you come and have a look. It will make you feel different.
