不可拍照完全可以理解,但抄寫燈具編號卻沒辦法用,只能現場下訂。 某服務先生的態度真的是奇觀,「你編號自己抄著、自己找,不然你編號拿給我也沒辦法找,我也不知道在哪、哪一支燈具。」 反應怎麼可能編號不能用?怎麼那麼奇怪,「對啊,我也好奇怪喔。你不能拍照就畫圖,不然就現場下訂。」

在一流照明挑選了許多燈具,使用了快一年,狀況都很好。 不過最近老婆最喜愛的水晶燈開始閃爍⋯跟老闆娘詢問如何處理,很快的在兩天內就派安裝師傅來收回,並更換變壓器,而且免費!老闆娘說算是服務,現在像一流照明這樣的良心店家不多了。 現在餐桌水晶燈又恢復昔日水準了, 感謝一流燈飾~

這座燈飾原本就是在這家店購買 ,因LED燈條壞掉 ,請店家幫忙更換 ,但因沒LED燈條沒貨 ,店家現場極力推薦可改成另一種LED燈柱,未來燈泡若不亮時 ,可像更換一般燈泡直接旋下並換上新的 ,而且比原本燈條式的LED更亮 ,還說他們已經更換多組客戶這麼做了 …。 因此 ,當天依店家建議進行變更 ,原本滿心期待燈飾恢復光亮,結果換來的是排列不齊的一支支燈柱 ,因為店家定位本來就不整齊 ,無論怎麼調整 ,都是一團亂的燈柱 ,也沒店家信誓旦旦說的比原本的還亮 ………… 隔日致電店家 ,店家說了一堆要我們自行轉燈柱就會整齊 、燈柱再往上壓一點就看不到 ……等等的爛方法 ,最後 ,店家說這款燈飾他們只改過一個 ,但沒看過實際改完開燈的樣子 …… 我的天啊~不是說會很亮 ?!不是說已經改過很多組 ?!現在說沒看過改完開燈的樣子 !!真的很不負責任 ,而且店家還說已經改不回去了 !! 現在我家的燈飾一開燈就看到一支支不整齊的燈柱 ,真的很無言 後來要求店家找原LED燈條材料 ,後續店家致電說有找到原本的燈條模組 ,可幫忙買進來 ,除了燈條模組要我們付費外 ,還要求材料運費也要我們出,明明就是店家信誓旦旦的保證 ,現在還要我們再花一次錢改回原本的樣子 ,真不知這家店哪來的自信要消費者全部買單 !!糟糕到極點 !! 我不認為我們要再回頭當另一次的白老鼠作為這家店的另個實驗品 !! 回覆下則業者的說法: 我想回覆這則評論的應該不是當初與我們接洽的那位大姐吧 ?那位大姐在現場有告知我們更換後 ,燈與燈間有些陰影 ,但不會很明顯 ,請注意 !!她說不會很明顯 !!我們可接受完工後不能恢復原狀 ,是因為信任您們的專業經驗與美意推薦 ,所以才決定改造 。當場改造完 ,也沒開燈試看就讓我們帶走了 ,何來的我先生誇獎燈很亮的問題 ?? 我想 ,貴公司還是先調整好服務流程問題才是長久之計 ,而不是先把責任推到消費者身上 。

在網路上觀望許久終於下手了燈具!雖然光照出來有一圈但還算滿意目前使用一個月左右還沒有任何問題其餘之後再看,老闆娘的態度熱情,但有一位男士態度非常差勁,只是在挑選決定要買哪個點時候,態度極差,一副就是要買不買隨便你反正我家就是很便宜不差你們這個客人點感覺非常差勁,如果你不想賣可以說不需要透過這樣的態度讓客人不舒服!網路上也有許多價格便宜比你家便宜,一次買多個想說有沒有回饋但店員一副就是我們超便宜了不然你要怎樣?態度極差!
