★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爛建商！
1.建案處處漏水
2.附的抽油煙機也爛死！每戶都有油煙問題，還得另外花錢加強抽風！
3.同一間房馬桶還用不同款，超奇怪！
4.造鎮建案遲遲不點交公設，修繕緩慢
5.答應施工完成會外牆清潔，每一個建案都沒做到！
6.人行道已放置路擋，水溝孔蓋、多處人行道街殘破不堪！交屋沒多久即有此狀！也沒見他們修繕過，只有越破越多的情況！
7.隔音極差！！！！

3. The toilets in the same room also use different models, which is very strange!
4. The town construction project is delayed in handover to public works, and the repairs are slow
5. Promise that the exterior wall will be cleaned after the construction is completed, and every construction project has not been done!
6. Road blocks have been placed on the sidewalks, ditch holes and many sidewalks are dilapidated! It didn't take long for the house to be handed over! I have never seen them repaired, only more and more broken!
7. Very poor sound insulation! ! ! !
