我向出貨方詢問，出貨方說：
送貨人員昨日下午一點送達到府上，因收貨人不在，所以，沒送達！
隔日送貨員到達時（因貨到付款），我因無剛好零錢，只好拿大鈔給對方找，
結果，對方（送貨）：我收款但我不負責找零喔！
如果我不按照司機意思去執行，就要把送達商品取走。
當下我只好跑去跟公司會計換剛好貨款金額給司機。
等到我要簽收貨物單時，只拿單給我，卻沒拿筆給我簽收。
我開玩笑問：要我自備筆簽收嗎？
送貨人員：對！
我從沒看過這麼跩又會扯謊的送貨人員大哥。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我連一顆星都不想給...服務真的很差很差⋯⋯第一次快遞還行，第二次要送來前打電話確認我在不在，我家在四樓，他們卻只有送到一樓，要我下去拿...那就算了！第三次連打電話都沒打就來了，我幫他開了一樓的門他卻送去二樓住戶.....還不斷的敲打二樓的門...造成鄰居的困擾！我真的不懂明明地址就在四樓你們送去二樓要幹嘛？也不打電話直接問我，造成鄰居不變⋯⋯我真的完全不想再用這家快遞了⋯⋯非常糟糕....
