雞肉新鮮 ，不像外面的鹽酥雞用很多奇奇怪怪的調料。
炸的技巧也很好， 保持了雞肉的鮮嫩多汁。 柳葉魚也特別挑過 ，確保有蛋 而且比一般的柳葉魚大隻 。

這些都已經在一般的水準之上了 。除了人比較多以外 ，我覺得沒有其他缺點。但是客人多對店家來說也不算缺點吧。
