覺得韓華的員工訓練有很大的進步空間,本人在台中的韓國展韓華攤位擔任過臨時工,第一天上班前連要賣什麼東西都不知道,想必公司也是有一些底第一天可能邀請正職正員工教導,沒想到被分配到的櫃位阿姨對於工讀生的口氣與態度非常的差,阿姨一開始也不會先向工讀生說明產品或是價錢直接讓我們開賣,當我們有問題問阿姨的時候阿姨每一次的回答都非常的大聲、強調、不耐煩,似乎是我們做錯事了一樣?但我們並沒有,當工讀生去報帳完回來想提醒客人卡裡面有中獎的發票記得去領,卻被阿姨在客人面前大聲喊說還在這裡幹嘛?!好了啊!當我問客人有沒有貴賓卡呢~的時候阿姨大聲的跟我說沒有!!我剛剛已經問過了!快去報帳!結果我跑去報帳後阿姨才又拿貴賓卡來?以上只是幾件小事供參考而已,我們只是工讀生,第一天不知道產品內容店家文化與背景,所以需要一步步詢問,才能給出客人好的服務與詳細周到的說明,若是阿姨們真的如此不耐煩、不想教,或是保持這種把工讀生當作出氣桶每一字每一句都如此”讓人印象深刻”的話,大可以不需要這些工讀生,個人覺得好的良好工作環境與友善的態度才能帶給客人最好的服務,雖然我們只有領時薪150,但在上班的時候我們就代表這個企業,雖然阿姨在大聲對我們說話的時候語氣不太好但我們都有忍下來繼續銷售繼續服務,但在客人的角度來看,應該多少都可以看出這間公司的員工內部關係,藉以帶來其他觀感,再良好的商品我覺得也會附加在上面吧,這部分只是我小小的建議,希望此公司可以更好,未來希望在逛展覽的時候不會看到攤位內有員工之間吼來吼去或是員工對工讀生態度對外顯露太明確:)

公司打電話來約好面試時間也給與面試聯絡人電話,到達目的的時候聯絡面試人員,面試人員說他不在場?這個黑人問號,不是約好面試時間的嗎?跟我說他不在現場,請聯絡播打給另一位面試人員,但。。。他給的電話是錯的我還再三確認號碼,結果電話號碼還是錯的,我回撥給原來的面試人員,跟他說,接電話的人跟我說不是他,是不是打錯電話,結果原本的面試人員問我說接電話的人是不是一個女生,我說不是是男生,我一直跟他說電話號碼是不是給錯了,最後他說要請對方聯絡我,結果我等了快半小時都沒人打電話來,我又回撥請問他另一位多久會打電話來,結果他說他再聯絡一下叫我等一下就掛掉了,後來我又等了一下,才撥來,結果跟我說她也不在現場要約改天。。。。這種感覺真的超級無敵的有夠差,差點要爆粗口,我直接回說,這是直接跟你們公司約好的面試時間跟地點,結果是你們人不在?那當初幹嘛約面試時間,讓我白跑一趟?她才說不然可以視訊面試。。。整個無言透頂了,難怪負評這麼高不是沒有原因的
