喜歡做菜的人看到一般市場不容易看到的漂亮食材,可遇不可求,怎會放過 ... 棚架的絲瓜是每顆套袋,青綠沉殿殿保水實重,不像市場有的是過老輕飄飄快變絲瓜布。 蜜雪梨(aka. michelle): 高接梨,平常不太吃高接梨除非是高山的,因為肉質粗且水份少,但是這小農種的肉質令人驚豔,水份甜度有如韓國水梨且都可吃到天然花果香,其他水果像百香果也是,我猜想是有機種植才會有。 綠竹筍: 夏天很平常的食材,在市場會看到一車一車在賣,可是你有吃過水煮或蒸熟後,剝殼切塊當冷盤吃不用沾醬料,一口咬下會有筍香及甜汁蹦出來的奇妙感覺嗎? 沒有親自吃過,講再多也難體會 ... 地瓜葉: 葉子嫩不稀奇,連梗都嫩老人也能吃,完全沒有菜腥味,真是感恩。簡單川燙沾紅蔥醬就非常好吃。 做無毒有機套袋栽種非常耗費人力、資材,又難量產,要找到盤商簽契作不容易,要在收入與品質之間掙扎,沒有信念與堅持談何容易。 食材好不好,不用吹噓,消費者親眼看過吃過就會感受到。種植的小農願意堅持,我們享用的人能做的支持就是讓更多人知道,讓小農能打開通路維持生計,不然曲高和寡,將來要吃到自然甜美的蔬果只會越來越少。

介紹好地方,現在是綠竹筍的盛產期,昨天去逛了五股區的綠竹社區。在旗竿湖農場餐廳吃飯,及旁邊的旗竿湖的梨園。7~8月是高接梨產季。老闆還得過神農獎,還有無毒的測試報告。小農東西很多,地瓜葉,百香果, 糯米椒, 青苦瓜 ,絲瓜, 紅番石榴。
