★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口味我覺得還可以，大部分的食材都有入味。
尤其是推薦米血、米腸、內臟類的那些食材。
但蔬菜類的就沒這麼入味。不過尚可接受就是了。
價格偏高，常常會不知不覺的夾一夾之後要結帳的時候才驚訝的覺得有點小貴，但可以接受。
衛生的這部分來說我覺得或許是有待加強，畢竟食材都暴露在空氣當中，空氣中有看不到的污染和細菌。如果可以把食材用個小冰箱(上面是推開即可選購的透明玻璃)的話其實衛生上會好很多。不然那邊的車流量也是十分巨大的。食材那邊發生的變化也不一定能從外表看出來！
希望能有改進，這樣會更常去吃的

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 滷味的口味偏像是壺底油的味道所以不會太甜，味道很濃郁，搭店家作的辣椒醬跟酸菜好吃，不吃辣的就有點可惜了！雖然是冷滷味但是肉類的醬燒都狠入味。青菜脆但本身有調味也不會水水的！整體沒有太多湯汁很適合逛夜市也可以吃！如果點個小辣真的挺棒的。內臟、丸子、脆腸味道比較重有點像東山鴨頭，我覺得比較Q所以牙口不好的人可能會不愛，但香氣跟口味都很到位，這一味紀錄。
