★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 會宣稱即將下單，叫廠商幫他們做功課，不只一次，要好幾次，忙得團團轉，資料拿齊，消失。也許有人這種行為聰明，很會。但我非常不認同這樣子的採購風氣。對臺灣也不好，以後沒人要當認真那位。
They will announce that they are about to place an order and ask the manufacturer to do their homework for them. Not only once, but several times, they are so busy that they get all the information and disappear. Maybe someone is smart about this kind of behavior. But I strongly disagree with such a purchasing culture. It's not good for Taiwan, no one will be serious in the future.
