今天早上聯絡叫車 …貴公司小姐說沒車再聯絡…！我就出門辦事情……本人是沒有接到電話
電話聯絡不到應該是不能派出車…！但小姐即自己直接就派公司出車…小姐安排時間有問題！沒有約定即出車被開罰單… 試問要客戶負責賠罰單…！責任全部推給客戶…！還出言對客戶說算自己ㄙㄨㄟ……/ 倒霉…！這服務態度口氣真的很差…??????……
其實貨運先生服務態度都很好的…大家都是賺辛苦錢！
貴公司接線小姐服務安排對應真的是太差勁…聯絡不上還派出車…出問題責怪客戶出言不遜…貴公司是否應該改進一下呢！
