★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 請事務所代辦護照，詢問取件時間是否就是紅單上寫的日期，當天辦理人員說不一定，請我等電話通知，但時間過了遲遲都未接到電話，再打過去詢問時，另一人員卻說不會電話通知啊，時間到了就去領，還一副我怎麼不按照時間領件的口氣，感受很差!!
Ask the office to handle the passport and ask if the pick-up time is the date written on the red list. On the same day, the handling staff said that it may not be the case. Please wait for the phone to notify me. Another person said that he wouldn't notify me by phone. I would pick it up when the time was up, and why I did n’t pick up the pieces according to the time, I felt very bad !!

There were about 4 people before the number plate, and it took me more than an hour to wait for my turn. Only 2 of the 6 counters were accepted. Others would rather just sit around. There is enough to talk about. I handled it in many district household administration offices. Waited the longest, so give negative reviews
