可能是疫情剛微降級，每出爐必很多人買，只是口味明明有4種，這次出爐卻只有一種，第二種還要再等20分鐘….
因應人潮漸漸多起來，這樣作業流程不太ok餒

.整塊蛋糕，中間綿密，感覺很好。但是周圍接觸到烤盤的部分，則感覺太乾澀。0
我是不懂如何做出好蛋糕，至少整個材料是好的，吃起來還是可以接受的，就算是ok。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現烤的香綿軟真的令人回味再三，當天排到的是起司口味，下次再去一定再買而且會多買幾條！但現場的出爐效率的確不高，排隊十幾分鐘只能賣剛出爐切成十幾條的蛋糕，後面的人再排要再等一輪，現場也看到別的客人在抱怨。可能老闆不願意規模化賺大錢吧，如果能照顧到出爐效率跟顧客服務，應該有機會能成為一家名店！
