米苔目口感不會太軟，乾式的加了醬後有點太鹹，以習慣員林口味的米苔目來說，是吃不太習慣的。但整體來說是可以試試看加醬油的米苔目，可惜的是沒有賣湯或附清湯，很容易因為太鹹而吃不完。
環境乾淨衛生、有點到小菜，內臟類的值得推薦嘗試，Q嫩不會有腥味。
