★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ride to Bali 5 days a week for the exercise. Road condition is okay but air quality is very bad. The beach is dirty and everyone litters wherever they like. The shops don't bother to clean up their own mess. All tourist sites in Taiwan are dirty, untidy, with garbage all over the places.
