★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常非常好吃但不知切肉的衛生問題是否改善了之前每次都看到切肉的人雖然戴著手套切，但其實也戴著一樣的手套收錢、洗用具，而且回來切肉時只用水過一下手抹布擦乾就回來切肉，非常不衛生⋯其實這個問題很好解決，用夾子夾著肉切，用手扒雞手套放在切菜板上隨時套入切都可以，衛生好基本，現在疫情又嚴重，希望已有改善⋯害我已經好久不敢去吃了⋯這麼容易調整的衛生細節，不要枉費如此好手藝啊！
