每日採購新鮮食材，熬煮麵的湯頭，
絕不隔夜使用～
我個人非常推薦的餐點是
打拋系列的飯
飯量是兩碗飯碗的量，女生大約能二至三個人吃一份
豬肉魚丸香茅河粉（湯）
新鮮湯頭搭配現煮豬肉片和魚丸，很香醇
涼拌木瓜絲
採用新鮮檸檬汁、生辣椒⋯敲拌食材，讓木瓜絲完全入酸辣味
酸辣豬頭皮
酸辣爽口的軟綿口感，如果喜歡脆脆口感，就不建議品嚐
老闆是一位中年的泰國籍媽媽，深怕客戶吃不飽，食材用料總是不手軟，實在忍不住推薦！
鄰近十三行博物館，到八里遊玩的時候，記得來嚐嚐喔⋯⋯
