The first time I came to Leshan Correctional Institution was in 1993. After almost 30 years, I revisited the old place and felt a lot. Dr. Dai Renshou traveled across the oceans more than a hundred years ago and came to Taiwan from Canada. In addition to serving at the Mackay Memorial Hospital, he later founded the Leshan Nursing Home, so the Leshan Nursing Home is of great historical significance. At present, the hospital mainly accepts the first-class friends who are physically and mentally handicapped. They have really contributed to Taiwanese society. They are currently living in the correctional building. The old courtyard is currently a historical building. It is a pity that it has not been opened to the outside world. Otherwise, it is really educational, it can be nostalgic, and it can also relax and enjoy nature. It is a good place to overlook Taipei Harbor and enter the forest of Guanyin Mountain. It is far from the metropolis, but as long as there is love, it is in your world.
