禮拜六早上打電話詢問貨物狀況,客服人員很親切~~跟我說大概11、12點會再打電話過來,也的確很準時11點多打電話來。 下午直接去現場拿貨,辦公室的大家看起來都很忙,不過還是有一個女的來協助我們領貨,到了拿貨的地方因為貨很重,協助的小姐還直接說把車開過來~另外有一個男的也很親切,幫我們把很重的貨都搬進後車廂,搬進去前還提醒說後車廂有些東西要不要移動一下,不然東西很重怕壓壞,不管是客服還是現場人員大家都很親切人很好~

4/26號寄出來的貨應該是4/27號中午會到,結果客服說不出所以來只說27號中午12點9電話就斷了,我持續打都是這樣的結果,之後我不斷的繼續再打其他的電話終於有一位小姐接電話,經她的查詢27號就送了,到28號中午我還沒有收到,之後小姐回我說貨28號下午司機會送到。

雖然評論都說態度很差,但我自己的經驗是還不錯。首先打電話去問貨物進度、可否親自取貨,人員就蠻有耐心的告訴我一些程序,也有在時間內回電。而當天去取貨時遇到兩位服務人員親切也幽默,因為貨物很重還願意幫我抬上車,真心感謝~下次有需要到營業所取貨的人可以把車直接倒車停在他們辦公室前,方便卸貨~ 只不過我是因為得知假日不送貨才決定親自去拿,但取完當天下午又接到送貨司機的電話問有沒有在家需要送貨,這部分倒是很令人疑惑~如果假日有送的話就不用跑八里那麼遠了。
