2022,2月25日送修,3?️9號送回,速度還?️快的,包裝完整,記得,買完箱子要留著,保固3年,維修時要自行裝回箱子,總公司會派物流來收,費用全免,修完寄回,打包小麻煩,還?️以接受,希望能撐久一點,不要ㄧ年壞ㄧ次,另外,總公司客服電話能好打一點,實在不好接通,以上供大家參考

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一顆星還嫌太多,服務非常差。送修電話超難打,詢問事項說要回撥也沒有。送修前已經要先跟公司買箱子了,還不找搭配的快遞收回去,我買箱子幹嘛?買箱子的時候客服還說箱子之後都會壓爛,提醒我們不要對收納紙箱包裝太大期望,箱子爛了很重要嗎?我連讓箱子爛的機會都沒有,因為根本不會來收啊!第一次打電話時17:00,下班時間,可以理解。第二次打電話時12:00,午休時間,可以接受。第三次打電話09:30也沒人接,都只有北方公司的人要上班,別人都不用上班,請問到底該幾點打。09:30沒空接電話,中午要休息,下午下班,請問有下午茶時間嗎?要不要順便公告?客服人員要不要考慮重新應徵,平反貴公司的名譽。看看一整排的留言,這種售後服務,還不如直接公告無法提供維修。

想不到簡陋開放空間的警衛很熱心的直接幫忙電話聯絡負責的員工至樓下!下來的維修人員也非常熱心,完全不卸責,推定是恆溫器壞掉。
(3顆星的理由僅是因為推測:應該是這個恆溫器壞掉?後來讓電費從原本沒開時的1300元/期,自從誤開這台壞掉不會熱的電暖器直接推升至4300元/期)
現場直接估價材料500元工錢300,修好即可使用。
如果讓物流送件另加100元。
我們答應維修及自取,因為才買不久,也擔心物流不知要跑多久。
隔週電話通知我們取件,想不到服務小姐下來跟我們說不用錢,還在保固期內/保固期3個月。讓我們非常驚喜(雖然後來電費被驚嚇!哈。但是還是想鼓勵台灣的企業,所以時隔2、3個月剛好刪照片時想到,故寫下此評論,希望對大家有幫助)
