素質真差 而且從沒看過有先預約的快篩195 沒預約的220 不管怎麼樣都比外面的來的貴 這樣子的診所還沒有發票 真的是奇了個怪

進去詢問時 整個不太理會我們想找的藥品
一直講自己的還一直強勢逼迫購買她說的藥品
我們雖然不是專業的 我們也願意了解傾聽 但我們就是想找我們需要的藥品
我們在思考需要購買的過程 人員的態度強勢且不耐煩 講話越來越急 整個過程焦躁 不願傾聽顧客需求
我們還在評估症狀需要採買什麼藥品的過程
人員詢問了我們 有什麼症狀 但才短短幾秒我還在回想有什麼症狀時
人員直接不耐煩且大聲口氣很差的告訴我們
「來幫人家買藥 還不去問清楚 ！！！」
整個進店內的過程中
感受上人員態度非常糟糕 讓人感受壓迫焦躁除外 也非常不專業 ！！！
