下去以後電梯不能坐。標示讓我看不懂。電梯繞了一圈也只有旁邊有樓梯又封起來不讓走。

You can't take the elevator after you get down. The sign makes me unable to understand. The elevator went around in a circle, but only the stairs next to it were sealed up and not allowed to go.
