★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 衣物根本洗不乾淨，一邊脫水一邊注洗劑是能洗乾淨嗎？洗出來反而更髒還卡上了不明黑色碎屑。
普通衣服烘30分鐘都不會乾，這叫什麼高溫？連殺菌都不能。
洗衣跟烘衣機都不是持續運轉，轉一下停一下根本無法達到良好洗烘衣的效果，是我使用過最差勁的洗衣店。
The clothes are not cleaned at all. Can the detergent be washed while dehydrating? It was dirtier and washed up with unidentified black debris.
Ordinary clothes will not dry for 30 minutes. What is the high temperature? Not even sterilization.
Neither the washing machine nor the dryer is running continuously. It is impossible to achieve a good washing and drying effect after turning around for a while. It is the worst laundry shop I have ever used.

2、烘乾機內部塵蟎、棉屑累積厚厚一疊，且溫度調節器明明有問題，花100元烘不到半桶衣物還是不會乾？
3、環境髒亂無比
身為使用快2年的鄰居街坊，真的不知道是否有心經營。話說，這邊的人似乎還是無所謂的繼續使用，所幸我即將搬離這裡，不需要繼續忍受沒有品質的店。
備註：打店內服務專線，兩位負責人都不接電話的回應，真的扯到爆。

2. There are thick piles of dust mites and cotton chips inside the dryer, and there is obviously a problem with the temperature regulator. If you spend 100 yuan to dry less than half a bucket of clothing, or it will not dry?
3. The environment is extremely messy
As a neighbor neighbour who has been using it for almost 2 years, I really don’t know if I am interested in operating it. In other words, it seems that the people here still don't care to continue using it. Fortunately, I am about to move out of here, so I don't need to continue to endure the store without quality.
Remarks: The two persons in charge did not answer the phone when calling the service hotline in the store, which was really an explosion.
