興泰動物醫院 24hr急診重症中心

家裡的米克斯貓有脊椎錯位 後腳無力（先天神經受損） 曾經感染球蟲以及不知名原因引起癲癇 跟誤食異物而立即做內視鏡治療 進進出出醫院達半年的時間 真心感謝這家醫院的醫生救了我家孩子好多次 每位醫生的醫術都有一定水準 讓我很安心 看到我的孩子現在健健康康活蹦亂跳的 真的好感恩～ 興泰!!!!!!

12月我貓到興泰急診手術，術後住院11天，同意入住前有和我詳細溝通住院期間的診療計畫並且雙方簽名，收費合理並不會漫天亂喊價，重點是團隊非常專業對毛孩又溫柔（我貓被寵壞….）看到他們身上被咬傷、抓傷的血痕，真的很辛苦… 另外探病時間很彈性，明顯感受到他們為毛孩盡心盡力，對家長也很好，讓我能放心把孩子放在這裡治療。 滑評論看到靠北他們的，很想問那些奧飼主，去獸醫院是要讓他自己心裡爽還是要去讓毛孩治療的？！這麼行帶回去自己治唷?

感謝興泰的醫生在狗狗住院時， 每天總是會清楚地告知狗狗的狀況，幾次比較緊急的時候， 也給予很多的幫助，也感謝醫師對於任何問題都很認真的回答， 還有每次探病時護理師的親切。 對於每天要面對這麼多焦急的飼主以及生病的動物們， 你們真的辛苦了，謝謝你們的付出:) 也感謝推薦適合做這手術的醫院， 希望接下來狗狗也能順利度過手術的恢復期，感謝你們～

I am very grateful that doctors and nurses of Guo Tai animal hospital helped me to save the poor kitty that I picked up from the street, when he is cold and wet. Within their help, he is health now and adopted by a nice family. Thanks for your sacrifice. Just like a lighthouse in the dark.

請大家不要去這家醫院 家裏貓咪開刀後感到不適 送去回診說是正常過敏反應 給了藥回家完全不見好轉 後來換一家醫院發現根本不是過敏 是手術傷口發炎引起的 但我們已經延誤送醫 ⋯ 但國泰不僅否認誤診甚至說是我們貓自己免疫不好 看著家裡貓咪還要在受苦非常不捨！請大家自己小心！ STAY AWAY from this place. I don't even want to call it a hospital. Just Two words: Irresponsible & misdiagnosis. Our cat got a surgery at this place. We noticed a problem after we took our cat back home. The wound was terribly swelling. We took our cat back to our vet. The vet told us that it is some sort of "allergic reactions". We followed the vet's new prescription. Few days after, our cat wasn't getting any better. It looks like the cut is infected by virus or sth worse. We went back to the vet again. However, they said the same thing. They even told us that our cat has poor immune system..... To ask for second opinion, we took our cat to another hospital. They told us that it has nothing to do with the allergies...the wound is badly infected after the surgery... it means that our cat has to suffer more in the future and he is misdiagnosed by the vet who did the surgery in the first place!!!

I have a friend who is a veterinarian. More than 10 years ago, she operated on my dog Bam's bladder stones. Back then, I could feel that she really cared and was thoughtful about treatment. Now, if I ask her a question about my dog, I can tell she couldn't care less. Bam is now 17 and in the past month he has deteriorated badly. I took him to three different vets, two of which are brain and spine specialists. All three reminded me of my friend, they couldn't care less. All they wanted to do was alleviate immediate symptoms, take your money, and get you out the door. They're not going to waste even a second of their time on thoughtful treatment or getting to the root of health issues. Today, the doctor at 興泰 reminded me of my friend, the way she was, ten years ago. She cared and was thorough in finding what the real issues were. Comparing the way she took X-rays to one of the other vets is like comparing night and day. It turns out, Bam's problem walking is probably not a spinal issue like everyone else suggested. His problem is being riddled with cancer. Most likely, Bam will die at 興泰 in the next few days. However, they get 5 stars from me because I know they will do everything to ensure his last days are as painless as possible. Sometimes doctors and veterinarians will fail to save a life. Sometimes it is not their fault. Some doctors and veterinarians fail to care. One hundred percent of the time it is their fault.
