★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. 店員真是親切，可以獲得1顆星。
2. 跟台南的鱔魚意麵比起來，鱔魚炒麵口味偏甜。(個人主觀感受)
3. 沙茶牛肉燴飯不錯，沙茶味道濃厚，醬汁不少不多。(剛剛好)
4. 炒青菜有燒焦味，我喜歡！(老婆說那叫鑊氣啦~做筆記)
5. 蛤蠣湯很新鮮清爽，就是薑絲我不愛。
以上可以獲得2顆星。但是
1.地板實在太滑啦，整個油膩膩，椅子也顯得不夠整潔，猶豫很久才鼓起勇氣坐下去。
2. 鼓勵用瓷器，熱食不建議裝在塑膠器皿內。(投資！)

3. The shacha beef risotto is good, the shacha has a strong flavor and not much sauce. (Just right)
4. Stir-fried vegetables have a burnt smell, I like it! (My wife said it's called wok qi~ take notes)
5. The clam soup is very fresh and refreshing, but I don't like ginger.
The above can get 2 stars. but
1. The floor is too slippery, the whole is greasy, and the chairs are not tidy enough. I hesitated for a long time before plucking up the courage to sit down.
2. Porcelain is encouraged. Hot food is not recommended to be placed in plastic containers. (investment!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環境真的不太好，不過整體而言吃的還OK，份量不多，基本上應該沒有難吃的東西，炒鱔魚蠻推的，其他普普 麻油蛋湯非常南部口味
可以選口味要清淡不辣或是小中大辣，算是很不錯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餐廳服務人員態度不錯，餐點部分就略遜一些，特別是炒鱔魚，調味料的氣味沒有炒進鱔魚裡面，主角鱔魚基本沒什麼味道，反倒是配角洋蔥有入味，好吃不少；其它餐點如炒山豬肉、炒菠菜、清炒中卷、蚵仔湯，與一般熱炒店平均水準差不多，若沒有更好的選擇，還是可以一吃的店。
