★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The family that runs Ai Wu Yuan 愛物園 was personable and professional. They picked us up at our home and brought our kitty to their location. The driver was very friendly and respectful, dressed neatly and had a clean car. The whole operation was respectful and well run. When we arrived, we were given as much time as we needed to say our final goodbyes. We were given the choice to view the cremation or remain in the office (a simple, but clean place). I chose to stay in the office, but my wife wanted to be present for the whole undertaking. Every step of the way, we felt the family at Ai Wu Yuan 愛物園 were respectful and I offer a hearty recommendation to anybody in need of their services.
