Five-star promotion, Ms. Li Zhujun's service is cordial and sincere. Although she knows that we may just have a look, she still introduces it to us seriously, and even provides good suggestions for our needs and which places and construction projects can be referred to. The sense of oppression that people have to buy here is definitely one of the few comfortable house-viewing experiences, and I really recommend it.

1. 誠如其他評論推薦的，解說專業且有完整SOP順序，對我這種看房數不多的人很有幫助。
2. 銷售解說非常到位，各個不同面向都有說明，從生活圈，學區，交通建設，甚至到投資面向都有，而且銷售中心裡的資料，感受得出來對附近(淡水、竹圍、關渡等)也是有相當程度的研究。
3. 也不會給人有強迫感銷售，會依照個人狀況配置推薦產品。
