★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從小看到大看了很多年，呂醫生很優秀，櫃檯人員態度一直都很冷，我已經很習慣，但在今天11:30到診排隊掛號，前面有一位小姐在詢問事情花比較久的時間，約莫7分鐘前面離開輪到我可以掛號才被告知「不收了，醫生今天有事」，我已經站在後面那麼久，兩位櫃檯人員都有看到後面有人，但輪到之後才告知晚上才能看診，且明顯規定有寫打烊前十分鐘不在接受掛號
整個讓人無言，不能理解這種作法跟態度，覺得完全被浪費時間
I have seen it for many years since I was a child. Dr. Lu is very good. The attitude of the counter staff has always been cold. I am used to it, but today I arrived at the clinic at 11:30 and lined up for registration. There was a lady in front of me asking about things that took a long time , I left about 7 minutes before and it was my turn to register before I was told "No more, the doctor has something to do today", I have been standing in the back for so long, both the counter staff saw someone behind, but it was my turn to inform me at night You can only see a doctor, and it is clearly stipulated that you will not accept registration ten minutes before closing time
The whole thing is speechless, I can't understand this kind of practice and attitude, I feel like a complete waste of time

今天來第二次，不論櫃台人員、呂醫生、藥師都很和氣，完全沒有任何不愉快，呂醫師除了解釋病情、用藥，還小聊了一下。
會再來，相信這次一定可以看好！
The credibility of Google's reviews is increasingly questionable because of medical treatment for hand eczema (three years old).
The second time I came here today, the counter staff, Dr. Lu, and the pharmacist were all very friendly, and there was no unpleasantness at all. In addition to explaining the condition and medication, Dr. Lu also had a small chat.
Will come again, I believe this time will be optimistic!
