★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quartier très agréable à quinze minutes à pied du métro. Très loin du centre mais en même temps c'est pas plus mal parfois si on veut être au calme.
Very pleasant area fifteen minutes walk from the metro. Very far from the center but at the same time it is not worse sometimes if you want to be calm.

常看到住戶牽狗在社區內外大小便也沒有隨手清理，造成出入環境惡臭毫無水準可言；隔音差勁，樓上無論白天黑夜都在製造噪音，十分惱人，跟管委會反應張貼告示無效
入住建議三思。
Bad old neighborhood, overgrown with weeds
It is often seen that residents lead their dogs to urinate and defecate inside and outside the community and they do not clean up, resulting in an unqualified environmental stench. The sound insulation is poor, and noise is made upstairs regardless of day and night, which is very annoying. It is invalid to post notices in response to the management committee.
It is recommended to think twice about staying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old apartment complex. 18 stories tall with good elevators, and boasts two playgrounds for kids, but not amazingly maintained. From my observation, 90% of the people who live here are retired, so very quiet.
Buildings are 30+ years old, so unless your landlord has renovated the place, it is bound to be a little rustic.
