麵條也有Q勁，不會軟爛，湯頭也不過油，不過個人覺得肉還是有點微乾，不過總體來說是好吃的！

建議老闆去方圓200米的牛肉麵館試試看，就可以知道好吃的牛肉麵應該長這樣的
這樣的價格160元已經是淡水最貴牛肉麵館了，但很一般。
