一定都知道這家
「七條通煎餃」
這家可是老字號
看似平凡的小煎餃
卻是淡水人記憶中的好味道
因為煎餃都是現點現煎的
大概一般都需要15分鐘
也可以先打去訂
就不會等太久
煎餃的內餡跟水餃有點像
是豬肉跟剁絲的高麗菜
起鍋時香氣四溢
配上煎的酥脆的外皮
總是會讓人一顆接著一顆
吃個不停
另外也很推薦的是
排骨酥湯
雖然湯頭看起來很清淡
但可是很有味道的
尤其是蘿蔔
熬的軟爛且很入味
連我不愛吃蘿蔔的
都超愛
現在幾乎每個星期都在吃
還是吃不膩啊哈哈

煎餃口味不錯，可惜個人比較喜歡用辣油調製的醬油，這間用的是辣椒醬下去調的，醬料滿死鹹的...
價格普通。5個30，換算1個6塊，但個人覺得有個硬傷...
就是餃子應該是要飽滿的餡料，Q彈外皮，但這間的餃子餡料很少，導致吃的時候感覺非常空虛...而且用筷子夾就很有夾到空氣的Fu...所以只能給3顆星了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 煎餃不錯，底部煎得很脆，旁邊的皮也不會軟，餡料普普通通，個人認為不到多但也不會很空虛啦！一顆6元，算合理。
拉麵很清淡，是日式家常拉麵的味道，肉還不錯，有厚度外吃下去油花會散開，一碗60元。
有一隻貓在店裡，看到牠跳在台上，覺得衛生要加強⋯畢竟是餐館，客人難免會擔心吃的食物裡有沒有摻到貓毛或其他東西，畢竟再怎麼好吃，回去如果會肚子疼大家也是敬謝不敏。
總體來看，價格、食物都可以，衛生問題扣一顆星。
