★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most well developed Fisherman's Wharf in Taiwan! Lots of interesting installments from gift shop, drinks, street food to fine restaurants.
What’s missing is a small amusement park for Ferris wheel and some kiddie rides maybe. But that will be way too Americans.
So yeah, there you go. Enjoy the sea and sunset ! ? ?

Do not have to worry about getting to this place cause public buses are available. Food stalls and seafood restaurants are available too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most iconic place located inside Tamsui, the best arrive time is in the evening. It worth to take time started Tamsui sataion walk though or ride a bicycle for the old street and the ocean sidewalk to the fisherman’s wharf. During the walk, will see beautiful town come with pure landscape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice spot to watch the sun set over the ocean. Most people crowd onto the "Lovers Bridge," but if you don't want to fight the crowds you can also get nice shots from up the pier with the bridge in the foreground. Overall, however, I prefer watching the sunset from the Danshui Wharf area, which is more lively and more easily accessible by bike and subway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sunset was superb. We experienced the strong wind on the Lover's Bridge that made us hard to stand still. But it is still worth it for the beautiful sunset and scenery....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is marching its description as one of the most romantic places in Taipei. Beautiful sunset, night time illumination, lots of shops and restaurants. We were there on Saturday and surprisingly it wasn't crowded (not as touristy).
