吉美建設確是個有品牌的建商，建材用的很好，所以是個不錯的建案。房子隔音很好，如在客廳以正常音量播放音樂，關起大門站在走廊上完全聽不到聲音，不會有訪客來站在門口還沒按門鈴就已聽到說話聲的狀況。曬衣的陽台滿寬敞的，曬起衣服來很方便，我最喜歡的是兩個浴室都有開窗，因此採光及通風都很好。管委會很盡責，管理嚴格，所以到目前社區的管理相當不錯。

Jimei Construction is indeed a well-known builder. The building materials are used very well, so it is a good project. The house has good sound insulation. For example, playing music at normal volume in the living room, standing in the corridor with the door closed can not hear the sound at all, and there will be no visitors standing at the door and hearing the sound before ringing the doorbell. The balcony for drying clothes is quite spacious, and it is very convenient to dry clothes. What I like most is that both bathrooms have windows, so lighting and ventilation are good. The management committee is very responsible and strict in management, so the community management is quite good so far.
