★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朋友搬新家來參觀，整體感覺很好！位置剛好在淡金和中山北兩條路中間(鬧中取靜很重要)，週圍有國小、賣場、星巴克、餐廳等...生活機能方便；之後還有輕軌站，應該是這附近的首選了！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 社區環境維護不夠好，已經有點老舊的感覺，外牆都長青苔了。接待大廳裡不開一些燈，大白天接待大廳感覺暗暗的，印象中的蔚城不應該是這樣。
