於中庭左側廚房排風扇完全無過濾設備，右側活性碳過濾桶過於簡易。油煙因為較熱會上升散逸至樓上住戶家中。
出入中庭，以及樓上住戶都會聞到濃烈的油煙味！完全無法開窗、好好晾衣服。確保沒有油煙異味四散。請考量整個社區住戶的健康！如這樣不體貼，一點都不想去光顧！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 烤雞腿軟嫩，咬下去很多汁，是經過專業廚師處理才能達到的水準，每次去淡水必去拜訪的寶藏店鋪，椒麻雞，玫瑰雞腿，蔥油雞，炸排骨都很好吃，特別喜歡炸排骨，味道有進去不會柴很多汁，每次去買都是現點現煎，還有很感動的是店家的米飯是有挑過的，這樣的水準品質，只賣90塊，真是太佛心了，而且現場還有免費的檸檬愛玉和湯自取，我女兒很愛喝店家的愛玉?

這裡客人，幾乎是淡江大學的學生，。
