因為跟朋友2人一起來這上課，我要退款朋友手邊有事在忙請我順便幫她處理，結果店長來電說要叫我朋友自己說，我回覆因為剛好朋友在忙不方便，店長回覆「哪有什麼不方便都是大人了」
這句話口氣聽起來就像是在酸「你們是小朋友嗎」。
原本的客服態度一直都很親切，沒想到疫情後要退費態度就變了
