大腸口感非常紮實，很Q彈；麵線蠻糊的，是軟爛的口感；桌上的辣油很辣哦，超讚！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 如果滿分10分的話可得9分，大腸超好吃，與麵線的搭配真讓人愛不釋手，最喜歡叫一碗大滷肉飯外加一碗大綜合麵線，外加一盤滷大腸及鮮蚵
If you get a full score of 10, you can get 9 points. The large intestines are super delicious. The combination with the noodles is really amazing. My favorite is a bowl of braised pork rice with a bowl of large comprehensive noodles, plus a plate of braised large intestines and fresh oysters.

對於我這個麵線控
這碗麵線無論是粘稠度、口味、大腸、蚵仔
辣椒等等...都很到位
加一點香菜跟黑醋調味就是一碗100分的麵線
至於環境及衛生方面，既然都在市場裡了，那自然也就不需要太坷求了
I personally think it is the best noodles in fresh water
For my face wire control
This bowl of noodles is no matter the consistency, taste, large intestine, oysters
Chili etc... all in place
Add a little coriander and black vinegar to taste and it is a bowl of noodles with 100 points
As for the environment and sanitation, since they are all in the market, naturally there is no need to ask too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Randomly found this little shop when we were wandering in Danshui, and we decided to walk in because of the little entrance (literally single door that just wide enough for one man to walk by)
We all know, little shop normally carries AMAZING FOOD, and this restaurant just proves the theory right!! the best Intestine vermicelli we have ever had during the Taiwan trip, and I have been telling my Taiwanese fellow to come and visit this place!
