光是視覺上的五彩繽紛就讓人垂涎三尺了，內容物有紫米飯、水煮花椰菜、炒蛋、雞胸肉，他們的雞胸肉完全不柴，超級嫩，花椰菜雖然是水煮的，但是每一朵淋上一些些醬汁，有為青花菜點綴的效果，更加凸顯青花菜的本味。
每一道菜吃起來清爽但味道卻很足夠，讓人吃起來滿足又不感到負擔，價格也很親民，已經讓我回購很多次了。不過有個小缺點就是尖峰時刻要等很久。內用的位置不大也不多。
