因為很多年前家人推薦,這幾年偶爾會來淡水這家牙科診所補蛀牙。但是最近一兩年的兩次體驗都非常差。一次是直接到現場等待,今天是有先預約。沒有指定醫生,不同醫生都還細心並且溫和。 但是還是必須給診所一顆星。差評是給櫃台的小姐的。沒有傳統醫務人士的「醫德」,不平等且沒有有序安排,並區別對待病人。 感受很差,不會再來。只是在這裡冷靜地陳述事實。 回覆業主回覆:如果櫃檯護士您一直都是合理安排,自然問心無愧。可當以上所言是患者無理揣測。我也沒有要貴診所提供今日陳醫師的看診紀錄順序(證據)證實您所言不虛。 如果所言並非事實,有違醫者仁心,舉頭三尺自有神明。 我只是一個普普通通要看牙醫的患者,我自是問心無愧。

There is no "medical ethics" of traditional medical practitioners, unequal and orderly arrangements, and differentiated treatment of patients. Very bad experience, will not come again. Can be regarded as the patient's unreasonable speculation. I also did not ask your clinic to provide the order (evidence) of Dr. Chen's consultation records today to prove that what you said is true. If what is said is not true, it goes against the benevolence of the doctor, and if you raise your head three feet, you will have a god. 五星評論可以換小牙膏或是牙套清潔錠之類的小東西,要看鬧劇再點開。 是在新光做的矯正,一開始諮詢服務都做得很好,櫃檯行政也非常有禮貌 但到了上下排裝上去之後一百八十度大轉變, 1.預約時間跟沒預約一樣,每次準時到都等一個小時以上,但是實際看診時間大概不到十分鐘 2.牙醫會在處理你牙齒時瘋狂冷言冷語,牙助手拿吸口水的醫療器具一直戳你舌頭就是沒吸到口水 但能怎麼辦,你的牙套已經裝上去了總不能說我要換一家做矯正。 拆牙套那天更扯,按照慣例又等了一個小時終於換我,那時候已經是晚上八點半左右,全口拆完要我到樓下等拍X光片,結果呢?發生了以下兩件事: 1.櫃檯告知拆牙套有洗牙所以要收洗牙費用,但是在這之前完全沒有人告知我拆牙套要洗牙 2.櫃檯要求正在打掃準備下班的護理師一位來拍X光片,四五個護理師開始當場推託,最後推出一個最菜的說「你去練習」,哈囉???所以我是被練習的實驗品是嗎???感受超爛。 既然是菜鳥拍攝期間各種出小狀況,最後還是找了看起來比較資深的護理師來幫忙處理,這個過程不多贅述 更精彩的還在後頭,拍完X光後要用相機再拍一次照片留檔,就又要我坐在一樓的診療椅上等,又等了二十幾分鐘快十點,一樓所有的護理師都在掃地拖地沒人要來處理,對我視若無睹,我就請問我一個病人坐在那邊難道你們會比較好打烊嗎?? 等到真的受不了跑去櫃檯反應,櫃檯又慌慌張張的跑出來要某個護理師幫忙拍照,那個護理師還當場發脾氣,說「我剛剛也在做事」然後轉頭就走,我就像在看八點檔一樣想說請問這場鬧劇到底什麼時候要結束?到底?這家診所的素質到底有多差??? 最後是一個比較年長的護理師默默來幫我拍照,拍照期間還聽得到櫃檯跟那位暴怒的護理師在別間爭執,拍照還叫我要微笑,拜託我真的笑不出來欸== 臨走前,在走廊與那位暴怒護理師擦肩而過,被怒瞪了一眼。 結論: 矯正牙醫除了會碎念之外,矯正結果可接受,但整個療程感受真的很雷

現場掛號等了一個小時,看到醫生時就看到一臉不耐煩,小孩蛀牙要處理當然會緊張,醫生連基本安撫都沒有,還責怪家長沒給孩子做心理建設!哈囉,你怎麼知道我沒做心理建設呢?每個孩子個性不一樣,我也覺得她是容易緊張,但態度最差的醫生是你,不安撫甚至是責備,我以為醫生只有學牙醫這門呢,看來醫大可能要去重讀了吧!一看到孩子緊張還說今天無法執行,要花上15-20分鐘耽誤到你的時間?排了一個小時的門診,不能耽誤你15-20分鐘??還說出我也不是每個病人進來都一定要看吧的話語,真是滿臉問號欸!覺得病人安排太多不是病人的問題吧!是在臭臉什麼!跟櫃台反應則是獲得一句會在跟醫生好好溝通不好意思之類的話,一開始病人多就直接不要收現場客不就好了?等一個小時後是這種結果,難道我還要說聲謝謝辛苦了不要太累了?而且這樣算是拒絕看診吧!一開始就說了是要看蛀牙才掛號,等一小時後進了診間則說沒時間花15-20分鐘幫你處理蛀牙,然後跟你刷健保卡再收掛號費100,理由是有見到醫生就要收費?可是醫生根本拒絕看診?櫃檯不要再制式化回應了,認真的道歉一次很難嗎?退錢很難嗎?退刷很難嗎?需要去健保局檢舉你嗎?

Very good staff.. My dentist is very accomodating.. and they are very good i english.. I recommend this place if you want to make your teeth better and your smile will restore again.. smile???
