 The community is clean and beautiful. Going home every day is like going back to a hotel. The property management is also great.

I moved here for 3 months. I like it very quietly. The management is strict. The cleaning team has been cleaning and maintaining it. It is quite good. The view on the 21st floor is very beautiful.

The building is tall, the quality of the residents is high, and the transportation is convenient. There is a light rail and MRT downstairs. You can also see fireworks on New Year's Eve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been living here for four years, our landlord is a very nice lady. The building is clean and nice but the management team is one of the worst which I've seen. There are a lot of noisy repairments in the last floor (Vila) but they never announce you. Some midnights the firefighter alarm system on the corridor starts to warn and they do not care for more than 30 minutes! If you ask them to respond, they will have their excuses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a fine building. I’ve been living in it for about 5 years and it’s okay.
Building is filled with nosy old weirdos though. The management team is also a completely useless bunch of people.
The fact that this building has pool and all the other things is just a facade. In reality it’s half abandoned.
These commonly used facilities are left to rot and nobody can use them.
We do pay management fees but that doesn’t seem to help at all.
Basically it all depends on how much you pay for the place. If it’s cheap, go for it… if not, give it a pass.
