The dining experience was enjoyable..fresh delicacies and friendly staff! Even the little kid next to our table frequently praised her food! :)

The spicey soup base is pretty good here. I ordered the "healthier" mild version and really liked it. The duck blood and tofu were really nice also and I rarely eat the tofu in hot pots. Unfortunately the service is lacking a little bit. I should say the floor waiters and waitresses are not bad but the lady manager or boss really had an attitude which really spoiled the experience. She should just stay behind the scene to count her money instead of spoiling the customer experience. A real shame and was put off by that. I'd reconsider coming back here again.

The healthy-spicy broth was much yum. The ingredients were fresh, and the environment were comfortable. Good stuff.

The food is very delicious. We actually been there one time before. It’s just this time it left me with a bad experience. The older gentleman was quite rude in his approach towards customers. At the restaurant I happen to get up and go get a drink out of the fridge that was on display next to the self service sauces(most restaurant here u get the drink, glasses and utensils yourself) therefore I thought this was the same situation which was my mistake. I didn’t see the sign. We also kept our masks on only unless we were eating. So when he did shout from across the The restaurant I pointed at my mask on my face, As I thought he was reminding me to keep my mask on. But he profusely pointed at the sign that’s written in Mandarin. Which I reply to that I don’t read Mandarin. He proceeded to shout from cross the restaurant and say this is not an all you can eat/ self service place and that you should ask before you take a drink. And I apologised and went and sat down straight away. It’s just the way that he did it and in front of the whole restaurant and everyone staring at me made it very uncomfortable. I would have been fine with it had he pulled me aside and told me and I would have apologised and told him what I wanted but instead her embarrassed me in front of the whole restaurant and he repeated himself loudly a few times and shaking his heat as if I’m stupid. The bottle was already in my hand, when he grabbed it out of my mine.And then later on he repeated himself loudly and clearly when he came to the table, then asked “what do u want?” In mandarin. When you clearly saw what I was holding my hand. I had apologied at the time it happens and then another 2 times after. I felt very uncomfortable in that situation and so did my sister and her boyfriend(who is Taiwanese) And sister’s boyfriend ended up apologising to me because he said he didn’t see the sign or he would’ve warned me, or let me know. Which is not necessary. It made the whole dinner atmosphere change and super uncomfortable as we at with all eyes and old server staring at us.

Fresh and delicious spicy hotpot. Flavor tasted natural and not artificial. Fresh and plentiful of ingredients hence good value for the amount of foods we've received. Arguably one of the best spicy hotpots I've ever had (including other well-known major brands)
