★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 只因為改名字，要換簿子還要我從中和跑到竹圍去，所以我選擇請中和分行幫我寄去竹圍分行。（都什麼年代了其他銀行都可以在其他分行進行簿子改名)
簿子拿回來看到後，真的覺得比小學生寫作業還不如。
原本名字擦掉重印，還印的模糊不清，爛死了。(還收50元）
可以把簡單的事情複雜化就算了，拿回來的簿子上名字還不清不楚，有尊重開戶的人嗎？真的有夠差勁。
Just because I changed my name and wanted to change the book, I had to go to Zhuwei from Zhonghe, so I chose to ask Zhonghe branch to send it to Zhuwei branch for me. (What is the age, other banks can change the name of the book in other branches)
When I got the book back and looked at it, I really felt that it was not as good as doing homework for elementary school students.
The original name was erased and reprinted, but it was still blurred and rotten to death. (50 yuan is also charged)
It’s okay to complicate simple things. The name on the book I got back is unclear. Is there anyone who respects the account opening? Really bad enough.
